zample.nl and zample.com/nl are operated by Zample B.V., a private limited liability company incorporated under Dutch law. zample.nl is the Dutch referral domain and redirects visitors to zample.com/nl, the primary domain on which the Dutch services are provided. These general terms and conditions apply to the use of both zample.nl and zample.com/nl. The zample™ platform (app.zample.com) and the broader zample.com platform are centrally managed by Zample AB (Sweden) and are subject to Zample AB's own terms of use and policies. These terms and conditions apply exclusively to the local Dutch services provided via zample.nl and zample.com/nl.

2. Your Privacy
We highly value your privacy and process personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch GDPR Implementation Act (UAVG).
When you use our services, we process personal data necessary for the provision of the services. The technical platform and results service zample™ is centrally operated by Zample AB (Sweden). Zample AB acts as a processor within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR insofar as it processes personal data on behalf of Zample B.V. For processing activities in which Zample AB acts as an independent controller, for example in connection with platform account administration, we refer to the privacy policy of Zample AB, available on the platform. Certain data is shared with partners such as laboratories and sample collection locations; depending on the processing context, these parties act either as processors or as independent controllers. All processing activities are documented in the processing register of Zample B.V. in accordance with Article 30 GDPR.

3. Services
Zample B.V. offers health checks and health tests through zample.com/nl, primarily based on blood sampling. The services may include blood collection and laboratory analysis, as well as digital access to results.
Different Service Levels
Depending on the service you purchase, this may include:
- laboratory results only; and/or
- laboratory results with medical review and/or follow-up (only where explicitly stated at the time of purchase).
Whether medical review or follow-up is included will be stated in the product description and/or during the checkout process.
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older in order to order and use our tests.
Not Intended for Acute Complaints
Our services are not intended for acute health complaints and do not replace emergency care or regular healthcare services. In the event of acute complaints, call 112 or contact a general practitioner or another qualified healthcare provider.
Provision of Results (Mandatory Information)
Results may be made digitally available through the zample™ platform, which is centrally operated by Zample AB (Sweden). Information regarding the account and the platform is included in the relevant policies on the platform.
4. Prices and VAT
All prices on zample.com/nl are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The total amount including VAT is displayed on the product page and confirmed again during the checkout process before completing your purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices and the range of services offered.
5. Payment
Payments are processed through Stripe, a certified payment service provider (PCI-DSS certified). The following payment methods are offered:
- iDEAL (recommended for Dutch consumers)
- Bank transfer (SEPA)
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Klarna (pay later or installment payment, if available)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay (as wallet payment methods through the above options)
The available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process. Any costs associated with the selected payment method are shown before completing your purchase.
Not reimbursed by health insurance: The services of Zample B.V. are intended exclusively as direct-to-consumer services. The costs are not reimbursed by the Dutch basic health insurance scheme (Zvw), supplementary health insurance, or any other health insurer. You are fully responsible for payment yourself. Please consult your own health insurer if you are uncertain about possible coverage.
6. Order Confirmation and Activation
After completing a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
If your order contains a code or voucher for booking a sample collection and/or activating a referral, you are responsible for keeping this code safe.
In exceptional cases, we may cancel an order if we are unable to provide the service, for example due to technical errors or demonstrably incorrect pricing information. If we cancel the order, we will refund the purchase amount without undue delay.
7. Validity of Voucher/Referral, Booking and No-Show
After purchase, you will receive a code or voucher by email that allows you to book a sample collection and/or activate a referral.
Validity
The code is valid for three (3) months after the date of purchase and must be used within this period for booking or activation. After activation, the referral remains valid for five (5) months from the activation date.
If the code is not used within the validity period, or if the sample collection is not completed within the validity period of the referral, the purchase may expire and the referral may lapse.
No-Show and Late Cancellation
If you book an appointment at a sample collection location and fail to attend without timely cancellation in accordance with the rules of the relevant collection location, the rules of that collection location may apply and you may lose the right to rebook. The applicable rules are presented during the booking process.
8. Results and Processing Times
Results are published once the analysis has been completed. Processing times may vary depending on the test and the laboratory’s processing times. We strive for fast processing but cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
9. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
As a consumer, pursuant to the Dutch Consumer Protection Enforcement Act (WHC) and Section 6.5.2B of the Dutch Civil Code, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the purchase date without providing any reason.
If you request that the services begin during the withdrawal period, for example by making a booking or activating a referral that initiates the sample collection or laboratory analysis, you will be asked to expressly consent to the commencement of the service and to acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully performed. If the service has been partially performed, a deduction may be applied for the part already performed, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

10. Complaints, Retesting and Compensation
If a sample cannot be analyzed or a sample collection cannot be carried out as intended due to circumstances at the collection location or laboratory, we will first offer a retest or rebooking free of charge. If a retest is not possible, we may refund the portion of the price corresponding to the unperformed part of the service, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
Complaints regarding our healthcare services may be submitted through the Wkkgz complaints procedure of Zample B.V., available on zample.com/nl and obtainable via [email protected]. We acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to resolve it within six (6) weeks.
As a healthcare provider under the Wkkgz, Zample B.V. is affiliated with a recognized disputes committee: [name of recognized disputes committee — to be completed once affiliation has been finalized]. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may submit the dispute to this committee. Affiliation with a recognized disputes committee is legally required pursuant to Article 18 Wkkgz.
On April 18, 2026, Zample B.V. notified the CIBG as a new healthcare provider pursuant to the Dutch Healthcare Providers Entry Act (Wtza), reference Tza 145101. Zample B.V. does not fall under the licensing requirement; the notification obligation has been fulfilled.
11. Gift Vouchers and Transferability (If Applicable)
Where explicitly stated at the time of purchase, the code may be transferred and used as a gift. The validity period is set out in Article 7. Zample B.V. is not liable for lost or stolen codes.

13. Cookies
zample.com (the primary domain, including zample.com/nl and referrals from zample.nl) uses necessary cookies for the proper functioning of the platform. Functional cookies are only placed after your active consent through the consent module (CookieFirst). Zample B.V. does not use analytical or marketing cookies on the Dutch website. You may modify or withdraw your consent at any time. Please refer to our Cookie Policy on zample.nl or zample.com/nl for the complete overview of cookies used, providers, and retention periods.
14. Force Majeure
Zample B.V. is not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations resulting from circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including but not limited to: strikes, government decisions, pandemics, failures of third-party systems, or laboratory disruptions.
15. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
In the event of a dispute, we kindly request that you first contact us via [email protected] so that we may attempt to find a mutual solution. If your complaint relates to healthcare services and we are unable to resolve the matter together, you may submit the dispute to the recognized disputes committee with which Zample B.V. is affiliated: [name of recognized disputes committee — to be completed once affiliation has been finalized]. Affiliation with a recognized disputes committee is legally required pursuant to Article 18 Wkkgz.
For other disputes (not relating to healthcare complaints), you may submit the dispute to the competent Dutch court or, as a consumer within the EU/EEA, use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR platform) via https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Mandatory consumer protection laws may grant you the right to bring claims in the country where you reside.
